Private sessions create a space for patients to cultivate or deepen their yoga, meditation and breathwork practices. Synergistic and transformative, these practices can yield deeper rest and sleep, greater peace and connection, increased energy, improved emotions, and decreased symptoms and side effects.
In this space, we customize and implement a personalized program based on scientific evidence, safety, and personal growth. We begin with a thorough consultation and connect with the patient’s healthcare team to smoothly integrate the new practices into their existing treatment plan. We then meet biweekly for one hour in the comfort of the patient’s home or in Kelli’s studio, and at a time of day when the patient generally feels well.
